Frames and Frame Sets

• Each frame is made of 4 laminations of Sitka spruce and epoxy glue

• Each frame is approximately 190 ^o at a 1600 mm radius (5’ 3”)

• 38 mm (1 ½”) wide X 23 mm (7/8”) thick frames 

• 50 mm (2”) wide X 23 mm (7/8”) thick frames 

• Frame kit includes 17, 38 mm frames and 3, 50 mm attachment point frames

Attachment Points and Attachment Sets

• Attachment brackets are fabricated from either steel or aluminum and painted black.

• Each bracket is drilled and screw holes are countersunk.

• Brackets must be bolted through a 50 mm (2”) wide X 23 mm (7/8”) thick frame with a 5 mm X 38mm steel strip inside.

• Set of 4 brackets in mild steel   

• Set of 4 brackets in Aluminum   

• Labor to install brackets on shell   

Double Articulating Door Hinge Kit

• 2 Fabricated Aluminum hinges with door end and shell end brackets

• Includes torsion bar for door alignment

• 2 Fabricated bronze hinge pins with grease fittings  

• 2 Bronze - door end hinge pins

Wood Spreaders

• Metal spreader ring and spacers.

• Set of 13 yellow cedar spreaders, drilled and shaped. 

Platform

• Metal clamping ring with spacers. (Specify tree diameter when ordering)

• Two metal arms to carry platform planks.
